Basic Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats

  • 1 1/2 cups water or plant milk of choice

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • big pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot

  2. Bring ingredients to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.

  3. Top with fresh fruit, maple syrup, honey, nuts, chocolate chips, or whatever you like!

  4. Enjoy!
