Basic Oatmeal Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 1/2 cups water or plant milk of choice
1 tsp coconut oil
big pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a pot
Bring ingredients to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
Top with fresh fruit, maple syrup, honey, nuts, chocolate chips, or whatever you like!
